3. The delivery time and special requirement and others on the list need to be consulted with two sides.

Ordering:

1. Those particular requirments on valve from clients shall be stated in Purchasing Contract, as follows：
   • Face-to-centre dimension
   • Type of connection
   • Nominal diameter, full diameter, reducing diameter, pipe size
   • Servie media, temperature and pressure
   • Test, inspection standard and other requirements
2. All kinds of actuator given based on clients' special requirement.
3. If the type and model of valve need be supplied by clients, the clients shall be give correct meaing and requirments on the type and model.The Sales Contract only signed under the conditions of mutual understanding between the two parties.
4. Please send us your letters with detailed type,specification,quantity of valve and delivery time, place in advance if you do not want to purchase the valve now, and you shall be pay 20% deposit or all amount to our company account in time, and the balance shall be payed before delivery, so that we can arrange delivery on time.
